Rates
Western Grand week is a flat rate ($225 for 30 amp, $275 for 50 amp), transient tax included. Additional nights for arriving early or staying late are $35 to $45 each. Full pricing on the reservation form.

How Reservations Work
Five steps to your space.
Reservations run on a paper form mailed back with payment, or paid online by card via the form. Walk-up shoots are first come, first served. Big shoots like the Western Grand fill up early.

The 2026 RV Reservation & Payment Form is a single PDF. Open it on your computer or print it out. Both 30 amp and 50 amp tiers are listed with rates and additional-night pricing.

Pick your tier
30 amp service with water (no sewer) is $225 for the Grand week and $35 for each additional night. 50 amp with water (no sewer) is $275 plus $45 per additional night. 50 amp is currently SOLD OUT for 2026 — call for the waiting list before sending payment.

Fill out your details
RV make, model, length, contact info, and the additional nights you want before or after the shoot. The form does the math for subtotal and total payment.

Send your payment
Mail a check or money order to VRGC, P.O. Box 35, Vernal, UT 84078. Or pay by Visa or MasterCard by completing the card section on the form. Payment deadline is April 30, 2026.

Confirmation
Sean or Stacy will confirm your space number once your form and payment are received. For 50 amp, do not send payment without space number confirmation first.
